Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Intwine Fashion purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window - You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period).

Condition Requirements - Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery unless faulty.

Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items - If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days. We'll cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges - If you require an exchange, you have 14 days to do so. Just write on the return form what you're returning and what it is you'd like to exchange it with and we will send it out within 1-2 days of receiving your return. If there are any differences in price, we will email you to let you know and tell you how to proceed.
